Details concerning an individual’s name, email address and other personal information which is provided to ENWHP comprise "personal data" for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2016/6791, the European Union’s ('EU') General Data Protection Regulation (‘GDPR’).

ENWHP collects and uses personal information purely for the purpose of communicating with its members or for sending ENWHP newsletter to its subscribers. This information is not passed onto any third party. It is maintained in secure digital and/or physical form and used only for the purposes described above.
